Delete your MyOfficial account

You can delete your MyOfficial account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it, and neither of them requires you to contact us first.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

Open the MyOfficial app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Read the confirmation, then tap Delete forever.

This takes effect immediately. You will be signed out and your account will no longer exist.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in — for example you lost access to your email address — send a request to support@myofficialsports.com from the email address on the account, with the subject Account deletion request.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner and then delete the account. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our live systems:

Your login credentials and email address
Your profile: name, phone number, photo, city, bio, sports, experience, rating and website
Your game assignments and availability
Your messages and conversation membership
Your notifications, blocks and push notification registration

What may be kept, and for how long

Games and schedules created by an organization are the organization's records and remain with that organization. Where such a record refers to you, your identity is removed from it.
Abuse reports you or another user submitted may be retained in a de-identified form so that we can keep enforcing against repeat abuse.
Encrypted backups may still contain your data until they expire on their normal rotation, within 30 days. Backups are not used to restore deleted accounts.
Records we are legally required to keep are retained for as long as the law requires.

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you sign up again later, you start with a fresh, empty account.
